Lead experience discussions, aligning different stakeholders and ensuring consistency between business needs, users, and technical feasibility.
Work hands-on on design deliverables.
Be responsible for guiding product decisions, supporting the advancement of design maturity on the project, and influencing multidisciplinary teams in building relevant and scalable digital experiences.
Requirements
Solid experience leading Product Design projects and initiatives for digital products;
Strong command of Discovery for digital products (examples: heuristic analysis, benchmarking, in-depth interviews, usability testing, workshops, etc.);
Experience designing and evolving complex journeys and service ecosystems;
Experience with Service Design to map pain points, opportunities, and flows across different touchpoints;
Ability to facilitate strategic discussions and collaborative workshops with cross-functional areas;
Experience leading alignments with business, technology, and product stakeholders;
Knowledge of the end-to-end design process (discovery through delivery);
Experience defining and prioritizing data-driven opportunities;
Knowledge of product metrics and performance tracking;
Experience with Design Systems and governance of visual consistency;
Advanced Figma skills for prototyping and documentation;
Knowledge of accessibility for digital products;
Knowledge of UX Writing and crafting clear, concise experiences;
Experience designing interfaces for mobile applications;
Ability to mentor and guide designers on experience and interface decisions.
