Role Overview
- Drive end-to-end release management across enterprise environments
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage release calendars
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Release Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with ITSM process tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), BMC Remedy, or JIRA
- Strong experience with enterprise applications (Java, .NET, SaaS platforms)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is preferred
- Certification such as ITIL Foundation (preferred)
