Execute analytical tasks under the guidance of the team lead, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.
Support requirements gathering and moderate discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Contribute to analyses, functional documentation, process mapping, and impact assessments within the team's scope.
Handle day-to-day problem solving with increasing autonomy and decreasing need for supervision.
Coordinate alignments with stakeholders across different areas, supporting negotiation of priorities, dependencies and impacts.
Propose structural improvements and risk mitigation actions together with the client and the team.
Ensure deadlines are met, communicate delivery status, and escalate risks to leadership when necessary.

Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Product Analyst, or in related roles.
Knowledge of digital processes and/or e-commerce, including areas such as catalog, OMS and checkout.
Understanding of the purchase journey, conversion funnel, performance KPIs, catalog, pricing and fulfillment SLAs.
Familiarity with requirements elicitation and documentation, process mapping, impact analysis and prioritization.
Ability to execute recurring activities with quality, supporting decision-making for their own work and contributing to team decisions.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as VTEX, Shopify, SAP Commerce, Adobe Commerce or SFCC.
Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO and/or Scrum Master.
Knowledge of SQL or data exploration tools.
