Partner with stakeholders to manage key organizational risks
Develop Features/User Stories, lead UAT and regression activities
Identify process improvement and technical systems opportunities
Support day-to-day management of Synchrony’s GRC Risk technology platform
Collaborate with IT and business teams on requirements
Maintain a well-groomed backlog and participate in Agile rituals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Information Technology, or Finance; OR in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ experience in software development and/or life-cycle management
4+ years of experience in software development and/or life-cycle management
4+ years of experience with operational risk management techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
2+ years of working with advanced Excel functions
5+ years of Project Management experience
Ability to lead and manage projects to completion
