About this role
Role Overview
- Advocate for use of the GRC technology platform
- Partner with stakeholders to manage key organizational risks
- Develop Features/User Stories, lead UAT and regression activities
- Identify process improvement and technical systems opportunities
- Support day-to-day management of Synchrony’s GRC Risk technology platform
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on requirements
- Maintain a well-groomed backlog and participate in Agile rituals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Information Technology, or Finance; OR in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ experience in software development and/or life-cycle management
- 4+ years of experience in software development and/or life-cycle management
- 4+ years of experience with operational risk management techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- 2+ years of working with advanced Excel functions
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Ability to lead and manage projects to completion
