Organizes, provides support, and executes special projects for Loan Operations
Serve as a subject matter expert in system specs and configuration
Maintain a working knowledge of all Loan Operations processes
Partners with IT and Loan Operations Leadership team
Participates in data/documentation clean-up efforts, process improvements, and loan level remediations

High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Loan Operations role is required
Must have in depth experience with loan documentation and loan servicing functions for consumer, commercial and mortgage loans
Experience with Fiserv Premier Systems (including Navigator and Director) is preferred
Understanding of accounting and lending principles and knowledge of project management
An in-depth knowledge of Federal and State servicing regulations and Bank policies related to servicing procedures is required
Proficiencies in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
