Conduct market research to identify trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in Brazil.
Define and execute growth strategies for the market, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand positioning.
Own the full P&L for the Brazil portfolio, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
Identify and develop new monetization streams.
Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team (Account Managers, Content Editors, SEO Specialists).
Oversee market-specific content strategies and SEO roadmaps.
Monitor iGaming regulations and advertising restrictions in Brazilian markets.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships across key regions in Brazil.

Native or fluent speaker of English and Portuguese
5+ years’ experience in business management and affiliate marketing
Deep understanding of the Brazilian digital ecosystem, SEO-driven content, and betting markets
Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver commercial growth
Analytical and strategic mindset, with strong reporting and leadership skills
Experience leading teams across content, SEO, and commercial functions
