Role Overview
- Lead and support a virtual team of Clinical Pathologists located across the Americas
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on diagnostic excellence
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while encouraging continued education
- Respond to escalated customer concerns and provide guidance in resolving complex issues
- Manage staffing levels and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree required
- Board certification in Clinical Pathology through ACVP or ECVCP highly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead with optimism, accountability, and adaptability
- Strong experience in veterinary clinical pathology and diagnostic operations highly preferred
- Ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively
