About this role
Role Overview
- Our current team in Germany includes 6 sales interns who handle the initial conversations with interested apartment owners
- 8 sales managers demonstrate our platform to apartment owners, help them choose the right offering and support them through to the sale
- Intensive onboarding during the first 3 weeks
- Regular coaching and team knowledge-sharing sessions for continuous development
Requirements
- You enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people
- You are eager to develop your communication skills and learn from our experienced team
- Others tell you that you are a good communicator or an especially strong listener
- You want to work in a team that supports one another, sticks together during challenging times and celebrates successes together
- Sales experience is not required
