Lead, coach and direct 8-12 Inside Sales Representative to achieve their assigned annual sales quota
Build and enhance a positive selling culture based upon achievement, accountability and respect for individuals
Serve as a collaborator and team builder across all Stericycle departments to maximize efficiencies and customer satisfaction
Communicate and enforce Stericycle policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct
Teach and coach ISEs to be proficient in product knowledge, sales skills and processes, system utilization (SFDC, SAP), customer communications and problem solving
Conduct weekly Pipeline Reviews to insure the ISEs meet their weekly quota
Forecast weekly and monthly closed-won sales
Achieve weekly, monthly and annual assigned quota for the team
Analyze team performance daily and adjust as needed to drive consistent performance
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Requirements
The equivalent in related work experience of selling experience preferably within Inside Sales
