Day-to-day, you work directly with our customers to understand their challenges and goals and to sell the right combination of chemistry, equipment, services, and digital solutions.
In doing so, you help minimize fresh water consumption and maximize operational performance and sustainability contribution at optimal total cost.
Opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious sales team responsible for business growth, innovation, and delivering added value to our customers within the Nalco Water Light Industry Division.
Work closely with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that sustain and grow sales.
Build strong relationships with key contacts at existing and potential customers, including plant or facility managers.
Provide technical support to customers; identify and resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Solve problems through system analysis, data interpretation, and the preparation of written recommendations to ensure optimal operation of customer facilities.
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, information electronics technician, or IT systems electronics technician
Experience with hardware and software used in server rooms (installation, repair, cooling)
Strong communication skills and a 'can-do' mentality with a focus on execution
Solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel within the region
Ideally, experience in the IT sector and knowledge of water treatment processes
