Manage the day-to-day logistical details for program projects, planning and coordinating project events.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate program activities.
Collaborate with community partners to develop and execute programs.
Draft and format basic communication materials such as event invitations, agendas, documents, etc.
Report and submit information to university and outside agencies as needed.
Assist with grant updates, submissions, and progress reports.
Facilitate group meetings as needed, providing education and support.
Deliver presentations to groups and organizations related to program projects.
Develop and maintain Project websites and dashboards.
Coordinate quarterly meetings of the Internal and External Advisory Committees.
Attend mandatory monthly and quarterly calls with HRSA (funding agency).
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required.
At least 1-2 years of full-time experience is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is necessary.
Demonstrated experience with completing projects from inception to implementation is preferred.
Microsoft Office 365 and REDCap experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently while fostering a cooperative work environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community is preferred.
Ability to develop and coordinate multiple projects.
