You support deal teams throughout the entire bidding process—from qualification to submission
You help organize and facilitate win‑strategy sessions together with Sales and subject matter experts
You bring the right people together to develop compelling and competitive proposals
You create and communicate milestone plans and timelines across all workstreams
You plan and coordinate timely and compliant bid submissions and presentations
You identify risks and priorities, track progress, and ensure transparency and alignment within the team
You actively use learning, development, and networking opportunities to grow professionally and personally
Requirements
A completed university degree or an equivalent qualification
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and connect people
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
Experience in Sales, Sales Enablement or Bid/Proposal Management (e.g., pipeline management, deal qualification, competitive positioning, deal shaping, or financial modeling)
Basic understanding of topics such as outsourcing, system integration, Strategy & Consulting, Business Process Services, or technology trends (e.g., Cloud, Security, Artificial Intelligence)
