Outbound Call Specialist – Specialty Pharmacy

Role Overview

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients and enroll them with Shields Partner Pharmacy
• Educate patients on the services offered by the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program

Requirements

• Active national pharmacy certification required
• 0-1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
