Role Overview
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide telephone and written advice on credit comparisons
- Support customers from first contact through contract conclusion
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify the best loan offers
- Assist customers without cold calling
- Use modern communication tools for an efficient workday
Requirements
- Some experience in customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, retail)
- High reliability and a committed work ethic
- Motivation for professional development
- Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
- Ideally, completed commercial vocational training
