Active acquisition and qualification of new customers.
Lead generation 2.0: Identifying potential customers in the key industries of Automotive, Aerospace, and New Energy via digital channels (LinkedIn, databases, AI tools).
Conducting initial in-depth conversations to assess technical requirements.
Delivering initial product presentations and technical demonstrations remotely and, in part, on-site at customer locations.
Representing NEXT at trade shows and industry conferences as the primary contact for technical and sales inquiries.
Actively contributing ideas to optimize the sales process and the CRM system.
Assisting in the creation and updating of technical sales materials (presentations, case studies).
Requirements
Completed (dual) degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Sales, Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering with an economic focus, Business Administration with a technical emphasis, or a comparable technical/commercial qualification.
Very strong communication skills, negotiation ability, a high degree of initiative, and enthusiasm for actively shaping the Sales function.
AI-native and excited about new digital sales channels.
Confident user of CRM systems and digital communication tools.
High self-motivation, target orientation, and the willingness to create real sales opportunities through persistent, hands-on work.
Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
