Construction Planning Analyst – Mid-level

Role Overview

• Conduct feasibility analyses and studies and adjust budget planning to align available financial resources with the directorate’s targets, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to budget.
• Serve as the interface between your area and the procurement department to ensure process integration and smooth negotiations, so price requests and negotiations occur effectively and aligned with organizational needs.
• Control the contract signature and registration process using a specific system to keep contractual documents organized and to monitor contract term, duration and value, ensuring compliance with the established conditions.
• Provide guidance to contractors in identifying irregularities in documentation to ensure compliance and regularity in processes and that documentation requirements are properly met so contracts proceed without legal obstacles.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Social Responsibility standards, and guarantee compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Participate in the preparation and control of the department’s planning to keep the database updated and support strategic decision-making related to costs, investments and physical progress of works and services.
• Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following the rules defined and aligned with the Company’s guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Construction Planning.
• Availability to work in Montes Claros (MG).
