About this role

Develop and modernize high-fidelity visual assets for Navy Career Training Continuum (CTC) courseware.
Utilize the NETC Style Guide to create IMI Levels 1-3 media assets.
Hands-on revision of legacy graphics during the Adobe Captivate conversion process.
Support the visualization of complex Naval systems for the accession-level training mission.
Create and refine 3-D visual artifacts, including animations and interactive elements.
Transform legacy media assets into modernized, high-impact visuals.
Collaborate with SMEs and ISDs for technical accuracy of graphic representations.

2+ years (2-D) or 2–4 years (3-D) in digital media production, preferably in a military or industrial training context.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Media Arts, or equivalent.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud – All Apps (Enterprise)
Experience with Adobe Substance 3D (Government Enterprise): Painter, Designer, Sampler, Stager
Experience in tracking and compositing.
Knowledge of Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop with a strong sense of design and typography.
Creative thinker able to create concept boards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to present concept ideation to senior-level executives.
Strong work ethic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Ability to help mentor less experienced staff members is a plus.
Understanding of project management software like Adobe Workfront or Microsoft Teams.
