Role Overview
Drive pipeline growth for advertising and affiliate marketing solutions
Own integrated demand generation programs
Partner closely with Sales and Product
Use data to continuously optimize performance
Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns
Own marketing funnel performance
Manage marketing operations workflows
Partner with Sales Enablement
Develop positioning and messaging
Support go-to-market efforts for new product features
Build and manage retailer-focused content
Track, analyze, and report results
Manage budget and vendor relationships
Requirements
4+ years of B2B marketing experience (demand gen, growth, or integrated marketing)
Experience marketing to retailers (enterprise or multi-location brands)
Familiarity with retailer KPIs (ROAS, incremental revenue, CAC/LTV, basket size, loyalty, omnichannel)
Experience with partner/affiliate ecosystems, publisher networks, or retail media
Experience running ABM programs and/or verticalized campaigns by retail segment
Hands-on experience with: HubSpot, Salesforce and Seismic
Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent cross-functional communication, project management, and execution skills
