Assist in producing content for internal channels, such as announcements, newsletters, etc.;
Support the management and updating of institutional social media accounts and the intranet;
Help administer social media posts, ensuring consistent frequency and alignment with the company’s brand identity;
Collaborate in organizing internal events, from planning through logistical execution;
Attend and document corporate events and activities through photos and videos;
Assist in creating graphic materials and institutional presentations;
Support the development and execution of internal marketing (endemic) campaigns;
Contribute to monitoring and analyzing internal communications, proposing improvements;
Assist in interacting with employees to gather communication needs;
Other activities may be assigned.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Public Relations, Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields, from the 2nd year onward;
Expected graduation date of July 2028 or later and availability to commit to a 2-year internship;
Basic knowledge of graphic design;
Proactive attitude;
Organized and attention to detail;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
Sense of responsibility and professional ethics;
Flexibility to handle a variety of demands.
Desirable:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint;
Intermediate to advanced English;
Experience in corporate writing and content production;
Knowledge of photography and video editing.
