About this role
Role Overview
- Manage the overall performance of District Central Support (DCS) Teams for servicing and collection activities in Branch and Centralized Collections
- Responsible for managing performance of assigned teams in partnership with Branch Operations
- Examine workload volumes, prioritize and dictate work efforts, and perform daily analysis for assignments
- Lead, develop, and maintain a highly effective team that produces exceptional servicing and collection results
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) or more years of servicing/collection/call center experience
- Ability to travel domestic
- Excellent communication and able to present to medium/large group
- Project management experience/skills
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or some post-secondary education
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish / English) fluency preferred but not required
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Five (5) years’ experience in supervisory role
