develop and produce financial models, underwriting analysis, and reporting for complex clients
analyze claims, utilization, and cost drivers to identify risks and cost containment opportunities
ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all financial data and reporting
serve as the financial subject matter expert for assigned clients, advising on funding strategy
participate in and present during client meetings, including renewals and strategic planning sessions
partner with carriers and vendors to validate data and improve financial outcomes
operate as a core leader within the client team

7+ years of experience in employee benefits financial consulting, underwriting, or actuarial-related roles
proven experience supporting large, complex clients (3,000+ lives)
strong ability to translate complex data into strategic, executive-level insights
executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders
advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
life & health license required
actuarial coursework or designations preferred
