Responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions
Coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities
Develop a sales and marketing plan
Plan and create business development opportunities
Follow the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
Conduct a minimum of 35 sales calls per week
Establish working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory
Identify new business opportunities and create and build proposals
Manage sales accounts and meet financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities
Participate in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness
Requirements
Computer proficiency
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Has a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insurance
Strong time management and planning skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
