Village Global is an early-stage venture firm seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator to manage their content production and distribution. The role involves coordinating podcast production, creating content for social media, and engaging with the community to enhance the firm's brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Content creation and distribution across social media, newsletters, and long-form channels. You'll draft posts, write copy for clips, and make sure Village Global and its investors are showing up consistently online
- Podcast production coordination for our network of shows, from scheduling and guest logistics through editing handoffs and episode launches
- Portfolio storytelling: you'll coordinate with portfolio companies around announcements and milestones, and help tell the stories of the companies we've backed
- Community engagement, including event recaps, founder communications, and internal content that keeps the Village Global network connected
- Systems and contractor management. You'll oversee external editors, designers, and clip producers, and maintain the workflows and tools that keep content moving without bottlenecks
- Other Marketing-related projects and tasks, including but not limited to SEO/AEO, website optimization, copy-writing, gifting and more
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in content, marketing, media, or operations
- Ability to write sharp LinkedIn posts, clean newsletters, or compelling emails without someone rewriting it
- Interest in the startup and venture ecosystem, including knowledge of AI, fintech, and enterprise
- Operational strength to manage a production calendar and coordinate across multiple people
- Comfort with AI tools and using them in day-to-day workflow
- Judgment to differentiate between effective and ineffective posts and make necessary adjustments
