Requirements
MBA or science-related degree
Experienced (8+ years) commercial marketing leader with a proven track record of success in the commercialization of medicines in complex matrixed environments.
Ability to develop and coach a high-performance team focused on accountability and exceeding expectations.
Field experience is not necessary but highly welcome.
Prior experience in competitive markets such as hematology, oncology, or immunology required; Other large market experience is also welcome.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to inform commercial execution and delivering outstanding customer experiences is highly desired.
Experience developing and executing large-scale media promotional strategies within a regulated healthcare environment is highly desired.
Strong business acumen, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and commercial planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Sales.
