Manage and grow a high-impact portfolio of institutional funders
Serve as the primary relationship and grant manager for multiple partners – owning proposals, reports, compliance, and day-to-day engagement
Collaborate with executive, programmatic, and regional teams to deliver an exceptional funder experience
Lead cross-team special projects to strengthen our prospect pipeline and support complex, high-stakes partnerships

4 years of fundraising experience, ideally managing institutional partnerships with a track record of growing a portfolio
Excellent written communication for a donor audience, particularly in drafting original grant proposals and reports
Capacity to build rapport and trust with internal colleagues across departments and with funders, including in a virtual setting
Strong project management skills and comfort navigating complex systems to effectively manage grants
Agility and adaptability; the capacity to re-arrange priorities and respond to high-stakes donor requests
