Develop the knowledge and skills to provide technical and advanced administrative support to our producers.
Provide consultation and technical support as the first point of contact for customers.
Compile data, perform routine and non-routine tasks, and processes renewals and endorsements to support the underwriting process.
Review in-force policies for current clients making sure forms, endorsements, policy changes, billing and other data are accurate.
Personally manage higher level changes.
Handle billing related issues and work directly with Accounting to address past due balances.
Renewal marketing prep includes updating policy information, gathering loss reports, and processing renewal information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and zero to two years related experience in the insurance industry and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks and assignments in required timeframes.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
State Property and Casualty license is required within the first 90 days of employment.
