You manage your accounts autonomously with a focus on business impact: Strategy & Diagnostics: Conduct 360° audits (technical, semantic, popularity) and define tailored growth roadmaps for each country and each company within the Group.
Operational Management: Monitor production in direct coordination with local technical and content teams.
Search Innovation (GEO): Explore and deploy optimization tactics for AI-driven answer engines (Generative Engine Optimization).
Coordination & Data: Track your conversion KPIs and evangelize an “SEO-first” culture with your stakeholders (E‑commerce and Marketing Managers).
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of successful SEO experience, ideally in an agency, where you learned to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
Technical proficiency: log analysis, HTML reading, web performance and market tools (Screaming Frog, Semrush, Search Console).
Ability to structure content briefs based on search intent.
English (B2/C1): Required to lead your monthly meetings and for daily communication with our international business units.
Diplomacy & advisory approach: You know how to persuade and bring teams together (Dev, Business) around your projects.
Attention to detail: You enjoy digging into data to find the lever that will make the difference.
