About this role
Role Overview
Manage the overall client onboarding, ensuring appropriate expectations are set with clients
Participate in sales processes and discovery sessions, ensure superior demonstrations/presentations
Develop industry expertise and provide clients with trends and impacts on their business model
Represent the firm at regional conferences
Develop strategic product positioning for European Fund Connect
Partner with marketing for product positioning and sales collateral
Create an integrated view of product opportunities based on analyses
Develop recommendations on product gaps and competitive campaigns
Serve as local Outsourced Performance Manager (OPM) for specific arrangements
Requirements
A degree in a related discipline, FCA certified role
BS/BA and 7+ years of experience leading a product in the financial services industry
Experience with exchange traded funds strongly desired
Strong knowledge of global financial markets
Strategic thinker able to independently lead initiatives across functions
Experience driving business initiatives from concept to implementation strongly desired
Strong execution skills
Demonstrated business product strategy expertise
Excellent communicator, experienced in presenting to senior leaders and clients
Relationship management experience a plus
