Role Overview
Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements
Excellent command of English language
Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution
Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with the ability to understand customers' needs
Ability to work on shifts
Positive attitude and motivation
Previous experience in any customer service role is a plus.
