Lead and deliver land development and civil infrastructure projects across design and construction phases
Oversee the preparation of civil engineering designs, drawings and technical documentation
Provide technical leadership across roads, drainage, earthworks and municipal works
Water and sewer reticulation
Civil site and industrial infrastructure projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including SA Water, councils, and key authorities
Mentor and develop junior engineers and contribute to team capability uplift
Collaborate across South Australia and interstate teams (VIC, QLD, WA)
Ensure designs comply with Australian and South Australian standards, council requirements and authority approvals

Degree in Civil Engineering
Strong experience in land development and/or civil infrastructure design
Demonstrated experience working within the South Australian market (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of SA Water standards and requirements
Local council and authority approvals
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
Experience across the full project lifecycle (design through to construction)
Technical capability: Design experience across roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities and civil infrastructure
Proficiency in design tools such as 12D and/or AutoCAD
Strong understanding of Australian standards and local SA authority requirements
