About this role
Role Overview
End-to-End Process Mapping: Map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) finance processes across the enterprise
Business Analysis & Requirements Definition: Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across finance functions (e.g. R2R, P2P, O2C)
Standardisation & Transformation: Challenge stakeholders constructively on non-standard processes and legacy ways of working
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Analyse complex business problems and identify practical, scalable solutions
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with finance stakeholders, SMEs, and programme teams
Programme Delivery Support: Support solution design, testing and implementation activities
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale finance transformation programmes
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (e.g. GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)
Strong ability to summarise findings, make recommendations and identify next steps
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end process mapping and redesign
Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
