Support monthly forecast processes with Business Banking leadership.
Develop driver-based forecasting models to improve accuracy of financial results.
Lead month-end close reporting activities and variance analysis.
Maintain understanding of Business Banking financial performance and translate it into actionable insights.
Create reporting to monitor progress against strategic initiatives.
Enhance key financial reporting deliverables like Business Unit Reviews, executive reporting packages, etc.
Partner with leadership to deliver reporting improvements and evaluate existing forecasting processes.
Serve as a strategic finance partner to Business Banking Senior Leadership team.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance function.
Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet management.
Demonstrated experience running forecasts and managing financial reporting processes.
Experience creating and presenting financial analyses to leadership audiences.
Proven examples of driving continuous improvement, reporting enhancements, or operational efficiencies.
Strong technical aptitude with experience working in data-intensive environments and financial reporting systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
Experience with financial planning and reporting systems such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, TM1, or Cognos.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred.

Eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
