Perform monthly variance analysis by comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, and identify key performance drivers
Contribute to the preparation of rolling quarterly forecasts by collaborating with key business partners and reviewing current assumptions
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
Lead monthly business review meetings and provide ad-hoc support as needed
Prepare all revenue provisions and gross-to-net calculations, including sales discounts, chargebacks, and returns
Oversee accounts receivable and cash flow, and serve as the primary contact for the external collections team
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and scalable processes

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a professional designation (CPA, CFA, MBA)
Three years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience working with SAP, EPM tools (OneStream, Hyperion, or Anaplan), and AI tools is preferred
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
