Collaborate with cross-functional team members to enhance existing reports and improve operational efficiencies.
Develop and implement streamlined processes, with a focus on data collection, reporting accuracy, and automation.
Prepare supporting documentation and schedules for external audits.
Assist with the monthly financial close process, including monitoring account activity, preparing reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
Prepare and analyze ad hoc tariff-related reports and requests to support business operations, customer requirements, and cross-functional decision-making.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent education in finance.
Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI considered an asset
Knowledge of Bill of Materials considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems
