Site Manager, Civil Engineer Deconstruction & Circular Economy

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Site Manager / Civil Engineer – Deconstruction & Circular Economy to plan and execute our (de)construction projects.
• As part of our team, you will develop solutions for circular, resource-efficient projects — with a focus on reuse, non-destructive dismantling, and the proper storage and transport of building products.
• You will plan and supervise selective deconstruction and the reinstallation of building products.
• As a member of project teams, you will develop product-specific requirements and implementation strategies for reusing building products on-site or from other deconstruction projects (e.g., trial recoveries, storage conditions and options, transport, brokerage).
• You will build a subcontractor network for selective and non-destructive deconstruction as well as for the reinstallation of reuse products.

Requirements

• You have a degree in civil engineering/architecture (building construction) or a construction-technical qualification.
• You have professional experience in site management or technical planning, ideally in selective deconstruction.
• You have experience with tendering and awarding construction contracts.
• You are passionate about finding solutions to complex challenges related to the reuse of building materials.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, independent working style.
• You are willing to travel within Germany.
• Your German language skills, spoken and written, are very good.
