About this role
Role Overview
Develop and lead the commercial strategy for your clients: annual plans, negotiations, tenders, and profitable growth.
Build competitive private label offerings in close collaboration with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Quality, Development, Manufacturing).
Coordinate industrial projects: defining specifications, factory feasibility, cost optimization, and launch follow-up.
Ensure the reliability of the client’s supply chain by working hand-in-hand with Planning, Production and Customer Service.
Analyze performance and recommend actions to secure profitability and client satisfaction.
Represent the voice of the client within the organization and align teams around key priorities.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in retail (GMS), ideally with private label products
Experience working within large organizations
Proficiency in English is an asset
