Be the Product Owner of program management processes and tools
Manage software and team projects from inception through testing, release, and maintenance
Support programs implementation of tools through tailoring sessions, knowledge transfer and communication planning
Lead for Program Management process documentation and compliance
Maintain Program Management PrOP Sector Quality Audits
Collaborate with function organizations to provide and update T3G resources
Maintain PMX newsletter schedule

Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience or a Master’s Degree and 6+ years of experience
Demonstrated success in solving highly complex problems
Experience as team lead and/or manager of people including working in a cross-functional environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with program management policies, processes, and tools
Strong project management skills
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint
