About this role
Role Overview
Own and be accountable for the delivery of outsourced recruiting services through RPO and vendor partners
Serve as the primary point of contact and governance lead for RPO and recruiting vendors
Translate business hiring demand and workforce plans into clear vendor-focused recruiting strategies
Partner with business leaders, HR, and Finance to align vendor-supported hiring with business priorities
Analyze recruiting and vendor performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and accurate reporting across all vendor-managed recruiting activity
Support recruiting delivery across Canada, Mexico, and the United States
Oversee and coordinate recruiting strategies for unionized (hourly) workforce populations
Partner with local HR and business leaders to navigate country-specific regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, legal, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred

6 years as responsible in hourly recruitment
Experience with Mexico, Canada, & US hourly recruitment
English Advanced
Advanced stakeholder management and consultative partnering
Strong knowledge of RPO delivery models and vendor governance
Recruiting process and workflow optimization (end-to-end hiring lifecycle)
Data-driven decision-making and funnel analytics (KPIs, SLAs, dashboards)
Skilled in intake facilitation, role calibration, and selection design
Change management and project leadership for small-to-mid initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication for sensitive situations
Working knowledge of employment compliance and equitable hiring practices
Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (SuccessFactors preferred)
