About this role
Role Overview
- Own and be accountable for the delivery of outsourced recruiting services through RPO and vendor partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact and governance lead for RPO and recruiting vendors
- Translate business hiring demand and workforce plans into clear vendor-focused recruiting strategies
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and Finance to align vendor-supported hiring with business priorities
- Analyze recruiting and vendor performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and accurate reporting across all vendor-managed recruiting activity
- Support recruiting delivery across Canada, Mexico, and the United States
- Oversee and coordinate recruiting strategies for unionized (hourly) workforce populations
- Partner with local HR and business leaders to navigate country-specific regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, legal, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 3
- 6 years as responsible in hourly recruitment
- Experience with Mexico, Canada, & US hourly recruitment
- English Advanced
- Advanced stakeholder management and consultative partnering
- Strong knowledge of RPO delivery models and vendor governance
- Recruiting process and workflow optimization (end-to-end hiring lifecycle)
- Data-driven decision-making and funnel analytics (KPIs, SLAs, dashboards)
- Skilled in intake facilitation, role calibration, and selection design
- Change management and project leadership for small-to-mid initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication for sensitive situations
- Working knowledge of employment compliance and equitable hiring practices
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Visa and passport are required.
