Role Overview

• Build and manage a pipeline of UK and international corporate prospects.
• Identify, approach, and secure new mission‑aligned partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Manage long‑term corporate relationships, ensuring outstanding stewardship.
• Deliver partnership reporting, impact narratives, and activation plans.
• Develop sponsorship packages for the FAST Heroes YouTube channel and other digital assets.
• Work closely with content and digital teams to align sponsor visibility with programme storytelling.
• Explore brand collaborations, cause‑related marketing, and commercial partnership models.
• Secure digital sponsorships that support channel growth and global reach.
• Build structured revenue pipelines, forecasting income accurately.
• Track KPIs, report on partnership performance, and optimise engagement strategies.
• Represent the organisation with credibility in corporate settings and high‑level meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, CSR, or commercial sponsorships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to communicate compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with high commercial awareness.
• Experience working with digital platforms and sponsorship models (desirable).
