Head of Sales Technology – Operations

Role Overview

• Own global Salesforce adoption across the Sales organisation
• Build, manage, and expand a global super user network
• Design and deliver onboarding programmes for new Sales hires
• Monitor adoption metrics across regions and teams
• Lead end-to-end change management for new platform capabilities
• Own the design, accuracy, and integrity of Sales dashboards and reporting
• Partner with Sales leadership to define forecasting standards
• Drive data quality discipline and establish governance standards
• Ensure Salesforce is the trusted source of truth for Sales leadership
• Act as the primary intake point for Salesforce enhancement requests
• Manage stakeholder expectations on timelines, constraints, and trade-offs
• Own user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Oversee platform operations from a business perspective

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Sales operations, commercial enablement, or business-led technology ownership
• Proven track record driving Salesforce adoption across large, geographically distributed Sales organisations
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, Sales structures, and performance reporting
• Ability to influence and engage senior Sales stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience building and sustaining super user or champion networks
• Strong expertise in CRM data governance, reporting discipline, and pipeline accuracy
• Solid Salesforce platform literacy, including hands-on experience with reports, dashboards, list views, and data management
• Experience working in a global or multi-region environment across different time zones and cultures
