The SMB Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with small and mid-sized business customers.
This role blends prospecting, consultative selling, and account management to deliver tailored solutions that support client needs.
The representative will manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, develop sales pipelines, and partner with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Regular travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations is a key part of the role.
Requirements
Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
Minimum of 18 years of age
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
2–3+ years of B2B or SMB sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on results
Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals with small and mid-sized business clients
Ability to conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with small business owners and decision-makers
Willingness to travel locally for client visits, presentations, and networking events
The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
Proficiency in Spanish Language desirable
