Study Groups is a high-growth company that connects business leaders to enhance their performance. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage outbound calls, conduct discovery conversations, and drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business owners and senior leaders
- Execute thoughtful, personalized outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research prospects and tailor messaging—no generic blasting
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit for Study Groups
- Schedule qualified meetings and hand off to Account Executives
- Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of targeted prospects
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting experience
- Proven ability to handle high call volume while staying energized
- Experience running multi-touch outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Strong communication skills—you're clear, confident, and professional
- Ability to quickly understand a prospect's business and challenges
- Highly organized—can manage pipeline without dropping details
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by hitting goals
- Bellingham/Seattle, WA (preferred)
