Requirements
Experience with IT/Product governance routines, portfolio management, governance forums, metrics, executive reporting, and tracking action plans.
Knowledge of project management, PMO practices, status reporting, risk management, schedules, dependencies, prioritization, and decision-making.
Experience in financial management, budget control, CAPEX/OPEX, planned vs. actual, forecasting, contracts, vendor management, and variance analysis.
Experience monitoring governance, execution, budget, capacity, and quality indicators/KPIs.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, including incidents, changes, problem management, releases, SLAs, service catalog, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT and of compliance and control processes.
Knowledge of regulations that govern banks and regulated financial environments.
Prior experience with processes, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
Experience with advanced Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Jira, Power BI/Looker Studio, or similar tools.
Understanding of operational risks, audit processes, internal controls, vulnerabilities, and remediation plans.
Preferred experience in financial institutions, technology companies, payments, fintechs, banks, insurance, or other regulated environments.
Ability to structure and organize processes, create methodologies, and transform scattered information into executive-level insights.
Strong ability to influence without formal authority, align stakeholders, connect teams, and ensure governance of deliverables.
Executive communication skills, able to synthesize problems and produce clear materials for leadership.
Analytical mindset to interpret variances, trends, risks, and impacts, going beyond mere status consolidation.
Relational maturity to work with technical teams, product, finance, GRC, security, leadership, and vendors.
Consultative approach, supporting teams without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
