About this role
Role Overview
Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Responsible for the commercial strategies of global and national accounts in alignment with overall company goals and directives
Develop commercial account plans to achieve long-term business objectives
Proactive, professional, and comprehensive management of all global and national accounts at Securitas Austria
Increase customer satisfaction and maximize business development opportunities
Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) against delivered services by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Create detailed, long-term account plans and engagement plans for all clients
Prepare and present consistent, data-driven statistics and reports
Close collaboration and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
Requirements
Completed commercial/business education (Matura or university degree)
At least 5 years' professional experience in a comparable role
Previous experience in the service industry and/or security sector
Strong technical understanding (especially of technical security solutions)
Proven experience and success in customer development, new client acquisition, and contract closing
Proficient in MS Office, with experience working with database systems/CRM platforms
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Very good English skills (CEFR level B or C) in written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Confident, professional manner paired with strong communication and presentation skills
Reliability, trustworthiness and discretion
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability
High performance orientation and willingness to travel within Austria; hands-on mentality
High degree of customer orientation and interpersonal skills
