Developing and executing a growth strategy for the Industrial & Renewables Transformer product lines within the Power Transmission business for the West region
Meeting or exceeding the order intake plan for the West region
Selling Industrial Transformers to target markets including Data Center, Oil & Gas, Steel, OEM, EPC, and General Industries
Supporting technical and commercial tendering activities
Leading pricing strategy and supporting negotiation activities
Driving pipeline pulsing per region
Defining and executing business development roadmaps
Providing regular updates in SPEAk4GE for opportunity pipeline
Collaborating directly with key customers
Providing sales training to Account Managers and Channels
Supporting the factories as necessary in the execution of orders
Providing forecasts and market insights
Assisting in partner marketing activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution industry
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Application Sales
Availability to travel up to 40% of time in the West region
