Role Overview
- Responsible for start of day fund accounting daily tasks
- Include analysis of beginning cash balances
- Reconciliation of cash including matching of cash receipts/disbursements to receivables and payables within the Investment Accounting System
- Reconciliation of shareholder balances between transfer agent and accounting system records
- Reconciliation of asset positions between the custodian and applicable investment manager records
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ work experience in Cash Reconciliation, Trade reconciliation and Trade processing
- Proficiency in understanding and processing of taxable and tax-exempt Cash dividends
- Proficiency in Fixed income securities bond, ABS, MBS, Mortgage and collateral
- Knowledge on processing Interest payments of Bonds
- Experienced in processing Capital Distribution and Other Gains Distribution
- Fundamental knowledge on capital markets, mutual funds, Fund accounting procedures & Nav calculation procedures
- Security setup based on BBG and client instructions
- Proficient in doing Record date reconciliation and adjusting Eligibility in Record date reconciliation
