Requirements
BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years progressive U.S. pharmaceutical / healthcare commercial experience
Senior leadership experience within Vaccines or adjacent U.S. Commercial categories
Strategic planning and innovation
Performance analytics and financial stewardship
Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare ecosystem and vaccination channels, Retail pharmacy and non‑retail dynamics, and Partner‑based business models
Demonstrated matrix leadership, executive communication skills, and comfort operating in ambiguity
