About this role
Role Overview
Ensure seamless 24/7 live casino operations across all studios and markets.
Drive operational discipline, consistency, and reliability in game delivery.
Lead incident management, escalation handling, and rapid resolution processes.
Maintain clear KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking across all operational layers.
Optimize cost structures across studios, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Closely monitor and improve key metrics such as: Cost per table / per shift Staffing ratios Studio utilization.
Identify inefficiencies and implement initiatives to reduce operational costs without impacting quality.
Maximize revenue generation from live casino studios through: Table performance optimization Capacity utilization Market-specific adjustments.
Ensure full adherence to gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
Partner with Compliance and Legal teams on operational governance.
Maintain strong fraud prevention and risk control practices.
Execute scalable operational models for: New studio launches Market expansion Dedicated client setups.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in operations, with strong exposure to high-volume, 24/7 environments.
Experience in live casino similar real-time operations is crucial.
Proven track record in cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Experience managing large, shift-based teams.
Strong operator mindset: structured, disciplined, and results-driven.
Highly analytical, with a focus on metrics, performance, and continuous improvement.
Ability to balance cost efficiency with quality and revenue outcomes.
Hands-on leader who can dive into operational details when needed.
Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Tech, Product, and Commercial teams.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
