About this role
Role Overview
Manage and ensure the availability, freshness, and correct execution of BAT’s brand portfolio within the territory while optimizing supply chain costs
Lead and develop Field Representatives’ performance through in-market coaching and continuous field accompaniment driving KPI results
Maximize brand Sell Out through effective point-of-sale activities that positively influence consumer purchasing behavior
Position BAT as the Preferred / Benchmark Supplier for all assigned customers within the territory
Plan and optimize the territory distribution strategy to guarantee continuous availability, product quality, and cost efficiency
Manage and control accounts, assets, and resources ensuring proper safeguarding and effective utilization
Set and cascade sales targets to Field Representatives based on route and customer potential
Keep the Territory Business Master data updated ensuring accurate information aligned with the active customer base
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing and distribution within the FMCG or retail industries
English proficiency written and verbally
People management and field leadership with proven experience in team supervision, continuous coaching, and sales force development
Strategic negotiation skills supported by strong knowledge of the FMCG market and its distribution channels
Commercial and financial management capabilities including budget control, Microsoft Office proficiency, and sales operations
Strong communication and results-driven mindset with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and ensure effective execution
Cross-functional collaboration working closely with Sales, IT, CX, Legal, and external partners to drive business outcomes
