Requirements
Required Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in international development, law, public policy, political science, human rights, geography, public health, economics, social science, resource management, anthropology or similar.
4+ years of progressively responsible experience including demonstrated ability to lead discrete scopes of work; manage teams and budgets; and provide technical guidance, oversight, and quality control.
Proven experience contributing to diverse scopes of work related to social performance and human rights.
Experience working with Indigenous peoples in Canada.
Strong project management capabilities, including work planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
Exceptional communication and technical writing skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize and complete deadline-driven tasks.
Business acumen to understand/communicate business risk and challenges and recognize commercial opportunities.
Commitment to safety and following established health and safety protocols.
